Bespoke Embroidered Garments
Here at Pronto Teamwear, we cater for all your bespoke garment needs. We fully understand the need for a different look at times, whether it be a small logo on your work uniform or a more prominent look with embroidered sponsors logos. Not everything wants or needs to be sublimated and have a design integrated with the print of the garment, sometimes a little embroidery goes a long way with creating the perfect look.
In order to remain at the fore-front of our industry, we have over time, invested in our own embroidery machines. This allows us to ensure the quality of production is still at the highest levels – something we pride ourselves on and comes second nature to the team. All our embroidery needs can now be catered for in-house – guaranteeing the quality and improving the lead times.
Our Directors are passionate about he quality of garments produced, and this passion was evident in the process of purchasing our machines. Months of research and sampling took place prior to purchasing to ensure the correct type & model of embroidery machine was bought to cope with and superceed our needs and demands.

What can you embroider?
There is a vast range of products that we can embroider. We have the capabilities to embroider your logos, text and details onto garments from Polos & Tees to Caps, Aprons & Towels and everything in between.

Is there a set-up charge?
Any item that is to be embroidered needs to be digitised, converted into a stitch pattern and exported into a file accepted by the embroidery machine. We charge a one-off fee of £15 per logo for this.
However, if you are ordering a minimun of 15 garments then we are happy to swallow this cost ourselves.
If we have your logo on file already from a previous order then there will be no need for the set-up cost.
What is the lead time on embroidered items?
We aim to have your order dispatched within 5 working days subject to availability of products ordered and approval of designs.
For customised orders with a new logo, we will require your approval before we proceed with production. Our artwork team will send over an initial proof via email within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. Any delay in approval may change your estimated dispatch date.
We aim to deliver your products on the date originally provided, however, any delays to artwork approval or amends may change this date.
If you have an urgent request, or the order is for a specific event or required on a specific date, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.
I need my order urgently, can you help?
If you require your order on a faster turnaround than what our website is quoting please contact our team on 07446 904887 or 07932 023488 or via email. They will be able to process your order and advise if the date required can be achieved.
I have my own items, will you do my embroidery for me?
Yes, we will always look to help where we can. If you have some items that require embroidery then please get in touch with our team and we will discuss this further with you.
How do I need to send my logo?
To ensure your logo is of the highest quality we require an EPS, TIFF or AI File. If you do not have access to these formats please send over pdf, .eps or jpeg. Our artwork team will review the file you have and will advise if an additional redraw is required.
You will receive your artwork proof via email. Your artwork must be approved before any production can be carried out. We are not responsible for errors once permission for production has been given.
